Course Enrollment Terms

Registration notes:

A completed registration request is required for each student. Incomplete or forms may delay class reservations. Payment must be made or approved arrangements made before you are fully confirmed in the class. By filling out of this form and returning it to Kessler GIS you will be notified as to placement availability and price confirmation. Since classes do fill, space may be limited. Reservations occur on a first-come (payment or arrangements), first-serve basis. It is strongly recommended that your registration (and payment) be received by Kessler GIS at least two weeks prior to the start of the class.

Kessler GIS will send a registration confirmation after Kessler GIS confirms the registration, payment information and only when a sufficient number of students have registered for the class to be held.

Payment policies:

Prepayment is required and may be made by check, pre-existing contractual obligation, government training request, or purchase order. Credit card payment is now available. Contact Kessler GIS for more information.

Purchase orders for less than $1000 will be accepted only from local, state, or federal governments, universities, and Fortune 500 companies. Purchase order must include all billing information.

Cancellation policies:

Kessler GIS assumes no responsibility for non-refundable travel arrangement losses resulting from course scheduling changes or cancellations.

Courses may be cancelled due to low enrollment usually 1 to 2 weeks before the class or extreme cases (major sickness or events out of the control of Kessler GIS that prohibit the training). Registrants for a class cancelled by Kessler GIS will receive a full registration refund or rescheduling.

When the Student cancels for any reason:

All student cancellations will incur at least a $50 processing fee. Credit card refunds will incur a $100 processing fee.

a) Registrants canceling two or more weeks prior to the class will receive the balance returned.
b) Registrants canceling between one and two weeks before the start of class will recieve 50% of the balance, if any.
c) Registrants canceling less than one week before the class may receive no refund, although in certain cases, Kessler GIS will consider other options such as a credit towards future classes.

d) Kessler GIS may under extreme circumstances refund all fees if conditions warrant.

If a student cancels before Kessler GIS having received payment, the student will be billed and is liable for fees as outlined above.

Student substitutions:

Student substitution from the same organization may occur at any time without fee.

Student may not transfer from one training event to another without approval as this is considered a cancellation from the first event.
